Apelsin- och pepparkakscheesecake
100g margarin eller smör
1 ½ dl socker
1msk finrivet apelsinskal
2msk pressad apelsinsaft
2dl créme fraiche
Orange and gingerbread-cheesecake
200g cream cheese
1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest
2 tablespoons of orange juice
0,75cup creme fraiche
0,5cup icing suguar
orange and gingerbread for decorating.
melt the margarine and crush the gingerbread. then put the chrushed gingerbread in the margarine. Put that mixture in an form withremovable rim. put it in the oven for 10 minutes in 347f/175c.
Mix suguar and cream cheese. Stir in one egg at a time and then the orange zest and juice. Spread it out on the gingerbread bottom. put it in the oven again (same temperature) for 30 minutes. Let the cake cool and then mix creme fraiche and frosting suguar that you then put on the cake. If you want you can then decorate with orange and gingerbread like I did.
